1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Skybot Universe ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not use the platform.
2. Nature of the Service
Skybot Universe is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform that provides tools for strategy creation, automation of rule-based execution, and monitoring and analytics. Skybot Universe is strictly a technology provider.
3. No Financial Services
Skybot Universe is NOT a broker, is NOT a financial advisor, is NOT an investment manager, does NOT execute trades on behalf of users, and does NOT manage user funds. All trading activity occurs through third-party brokers such as Interactive Brokers or OANDA, connected by the user.
4. User Responsibility
You are solely responsible for your trading decisions, your risk management, and your connected brokerage accounts. You acknowledge that all trades are initiated and controlled by you.
5. No Financial Advice
All content, tools, and features are provided for informational and technical purposes only. Nothing on the platform constitutes investment advice, financial recommendation, or solicitation to trade.
6. Risk Disclosure
Trading financial instruments involves significant risk, including the potential loss of all invested capital. You acknowledge that results are not guaranteed, past performance does not indicate future results, and you may incur substantial losses.
7. Third-Party Integrations
The platform may integrate with third-party services, including brokers and APIs. Skybot Universe is not responsible for execution errors, broker downtime, API failures, or data inaccuracies from third parties.
8. Subscription and Payments
Access to the platform is provided via paid subscription. Payments are processed securely via Stripe. Subscription fees are billed in advance. Payments are non-refundable unless required by law. Users may cancel at any time. Access continues until the end of the billing cycle.
9. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the platform for illegal activities, attempt to hack, disrupt, or reverse engineer the system, misuse APIs or integrations, or circumvent platform safeguards.
10. Intellectual Property
All platform content, software, and design are the property of Skybot Universe LLC. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or resell without written permission.
11. Account Suspension and Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in suspicious or abusive activity, or pose legal or security risks.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Skybot Universe shall NOT be liable for financial losses, trading results, lost profits, or indirect or consequential damages. Use of the platform is at your own risk.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Skybot Universe LLC from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your use of the platform, your trading activities, or violation of these Terms.
14. Disclaimer of Warranties
The platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee continuous availability, error-free operation, or profitability.
15. Compliance with Laws
You are responsible for complying with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction regarding trading and use of financial tools.
16. Modifications
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
17. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States.
